Once inoculation is complete store the bag at room temperature away from direct light. During this period the mycelium will begin to take over the substrate. Once the block is fully colonized simply snip a small corner of the bag near the top to allow for fresh air circulation. Don't have a dedicated fruiting chamber? Not to worry. A few spritzes from a water-filled spray bottle (2 to 3 times daily) will provide the necessary moisture for optimal growth.
